  1. I have often heard the word iFrame. What is it exactly?

    Answer: iFrame is a way of displaying a page from another website and onto your website. The information can only be viewed, but cannot be used or integrated in any shape of form in your website or application.

    iFrame is provided by your Local MLS for a one time fee that varies. That is a tool that allows your members to search from properties within the MLS. But that is where the relationship ends.

  2. There are many vendors who claim that they will integrate my local MLS into my website and my customers can search from properties and provide me with a Contact form so that my visitors can contact me. What do they mean by that?

    Answer: They are right. They provide you with a website and a CMS (Content Management System) that allows you to have a website and then they will create a page usually for a small fee and integrate the search tool provided by your local MLS and add a form on the top of the tool.

    This allows your visitor to search for properties. They can use the contact form by typing in the MLS number of the listing they are interested in. They may even provide you with a Contact database, but there is no co-relation and real interaction between the Search Tool and the Contact Database.

All your listings are neatly categorized by the MLS and sub-categorized further into Residential, Multi-Family, Commercial/Industrial and Land/Lots.

  5. Will my visitors be able to Search for properties from the multiple MLS' I am a member of?

    Answer: Yes. Suite Solutions intelligently searches from all the listings of all the MLS's you are a member of and displays them in one shot.


  6. My Broker is a Supra Suite Solution user. You say that my users can search from my Brokers listings too. How does this really work?

    Answer: If your Broker is a Supra Suite Solutions user, then we automatically search through not only your MLS but your Broker’s MLS's too. When the properties matching your users Search Criteria are found we first display the properties found in your MLS. Next a link is provided for the additional properties found in your Broker’s MLS. When your user clicks on the link, the user is transported to your Brokers website along with your contact information plus the Favorites of your registered users.
    When they click on home they are transported back to your website again.
    Also, if your registered user goes directly to your broker’s website and logs in, your contact information is automatically seen on your broker’s web site. This serves as a constant reminder “John Smith” is your registered user.

  7. Do my properties really show up as Featured Listings?

    Answer: NetSupra updates the data everyday. Your listings automatically appear in the Featured Listings, on the home page in a Tabbed Dialog Box. There are four tabs: Residential, Multi-Family, Commercial/Industrial and Land/Lots. The appropriate tab opens up displaying your properties instantly. If you have a listing in Multi-family, then the Multi-Family tab is opened automatically displaying your properties instantly.


  8. What if I have listings in more than one category?

    Answer: No problem. If you have listings in more than one category, for example you have 3 Residential Listings 2 in Multi-Family and 3 in Land/Lots, then a whole new control loads, that displays all your Listings as Featured Listings in one shot, neatly categorized by their respective categories.

  9. What if I have listings in more than one MLS and in various categories?

    Answer: Your Supra Suite Solutions handles this very ingeniously. It automatically displays all your listings neatly categorized by MLS furthermore by their respective categories, thus giving your listings maximum exposure.

  10. Do I have to create the Just Listed Properties lists?

    Answer: No you do not have to worry about creating Just Listed properties. Your Supra Suite Solutions automatically updates the feed everyday, and all the newly listed properties appear in that box. If your listing is found in the newly listed properties it is displayed first, followed by your Broker’s properties.

  11. Do I have to create the Hot Listed Properties list?

    Answer: Your Supra Suite Solutions automatically tracks the prices of the properties and maintains a record of the prices whether increased or reduced and displays them to your user. You do not have to lift a finger to do any of this. Not only that, if your registered user has saved that particular property as his favorite, then your Supra Suite Solutions will automatically notify him of the change in price.

  12. What if I do not have any listings in the MLS?

    Answer: If you do not have any listings then your Broker’s properties are displayed as the Featured
    Listings. This makes you look like a top producer.

  13. How is my listing handled when a visitors search criteria matches with my listing?

    Answer: Whenever a search is conducted, and if your property is found matching the criteria, then that listing is automatically displayed at the top regardless of the sort order set by your user.

  14. Can I really add additional media to my listings in the MLS?

    Answer: Absolutely! If you want to add additional media like video, audio, flash or virtual tours you can do it. The media is automatically tagged to your property. Once the property is sold, withdrawn or expires the media will be automatically deleted or archived (as per your instructions). If the property is relisted with the same MLS number, the media will be automatically associated to the property. This saves you the time and effort of deleting or having to upload the media again.

  15. What is user account activation?

    Answer: If you have owned a website previously, then you may have been a victim of this. If not read on.

    Consumers are scared of and often annoyed by SPAM and unwanted phone calls. Hence they do not give out their real information until they are really satisfied with the intentions of the website owner. Therefore, it is no surprise when Mickey Mouse, Superman and other celebrities of the world have registered on your website. Your Supra Suite Solutions will accept the registration, email them their login information and wait for them to respond. Once they click on the link provided in that email, they will be prompted to change the password. It will also notify you of the registration via email.

    This confirms that at least the lead is genuine.     Your Campaign reads these preferences and spaces out your emails automatically to the buyer’s timeframe. If the campaign reaches the end of the timeframe, it will start looping itself automatically or stop according to the conditions set by you.

  18. What do you mean by users preferences? What is the benefit of this?

    Answer: Your registered user can set his buying preferences in one or multiple categories. For example: Residential Property and a Land/Lots. Furthermore he can actually set a preference like the following:
