- Casual Visitor - A visitor who is just browsing through your website.
A Casual visitor sees a limited amount of information. If your visitor wants to see more details,
then he/she is prompted to register on the website. The casual
visitor does not see the
MLS Number, property address or the Listing agent. However the Listing Broker is displayed as per
MLS rules
- Registered User (Customer) - A visitor who has just registered on your website.
- Once your visitor decides to register, your Supra Suite solution automatically sends login information to
the visitor which includes a temporary password
- When the visitor clicks on the link provided in the email with the
temporary password, he is prompted to change his password to one that he can
remember
- When the visitor changes the password, he becomes a Customer. The account is now
activated and ready to
serve him. By this registration method, we eliminate all the quaint Mickey Mouses and
celebrities of the world who send you phony email addresses.
Now you spend your valuable time attending
to serious customers (please see Campaign Manager for more details)
- The account is now activated and the customer is asked for his buying preferences.
Following this your Campaign Manager takes over and fires appropriate campaigns
- If the registration is not activated within 7 days, the system tells you about it and deletes this unneccessary records automatically
- This Registered User is treated as a customer, as he/she has not yet signed a contract
with you
- Now when the Customer clicks on any property details, he/she is shown all
the details except the MLS ID, property address and Listing Agent info (these fields state that
“these details are available to Clients only”)
- When the customer clicks on the link, "Only available to Clients", he/she can
send you a request for you to contact him/her
- Upon receiving the request you can discuss his needs, get him/her to
sign the contract
- Once a Customer is elevated to Client status, you should then log into your Account Manager and
change his/her status to Client. You can always revert him/her back into a
customer if things don't work out between you
- Client: A customer that has signed a contract with you.
All details are exposed to the client. He/she is able to view the MLS ID, address
of the property and Listing Agent details
Your Supra Suite solution fiercely protects you from being used by other
agents who don’t
have their own websites or who have ineffective ones. Because only Clients who have
signed a contract with you can receive complete property details, unscrupulous agents
can’t ask their customers to visit your website, search for properties, get the
full details and then give them full information about the properties that interest them. Then they can go
ahead and complete the deal -- leaving you with nothing.
Since you are a paying Supra Suite solution user, Supra Suite
will do everything in its power to protect you from being used and let you
devote your full time to more useful things -- and get a good night’s sleep.
Your listings from any MLS’s that you or your broker are a member of are
automatically
displayed as Featured Listings on your
home page. Just as important, your listings are
placed on the top of the Featured Listings -- followed by your Agency’s Listings.
A Tabbed Dialog box appears above the Featured Listings window that permits visitors
to view properties from Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Commercial/Industrial and Land/Lots. Clicking on any tab displays the listings in that category. Residential
Property listings will be displayed unless you have listings in some other category.
Then the category where you have listings will come to the front. Any listings you
have in that category will appear first, followed by any other listings your agency
may have in that category.
If you have listings in multiple categories and in multiple MLS’, then, automatically,
the Tabbed Dialog will not display and all your properties will be displayed in one shot -- categorized
neatly by their respective categories and MLS’.
If you do not have any of your own listings at the time the visitor lands on your site, then your Agency’s listings will be displayed with all Dialog Tabs visible.
Visitors may then assume that at least some of these listings are yours — and this
can increase their confidence in you and your abilities.
