- Unregistered visitors can visit your site and search for properties of
interest, but they cannot select properties as Favorites for later review.
And they cannot see the MLSID, property address or listings agent’s ID
- Visitors who become Registered users (now Customers) can save properties
as Favorites for review next time they visit your site. But they still
cannot see the MLS ID, property address or listings agent’s ID
- Registered users will continuously receive automatic emails every time
any new property appears on the MLS that meets their preferences
- According to their preferences, Registered users will automatically
receive an email campaign sent out by your Campaign Manager
- The one instance when any visitor or Registered User can see the MLS ID,
property address and listing agent’s ID for a property is when you are the
listing agent
- When a customer signs a contract and becomes a client, then he/she can
see all the MLS ID’s, property addresses and listing agent’s ID’s
Search Capabilities

Search for properties from all categories Residential, Multi-family, Commercial/Industrial and Land/Lots
- In one shot - the powerful Supra Suite search engine conducts a search through all MLS’ that you and your Broker are members of
- Visitors can search in multiple counties, cities and MLS’ simultaneously
- If additional properties are found in the MLS' that your Broker is a member of,
and you are not, the visitor will be transported to your Broker’s website*, but
your photo and contact information will remain on the Home Page. Your identity will
never be lost. Please ask your Sales Representative to explain to you

Compare Selected Properties:
Your users can select an unlimited number of properties -- and then simultaneously
compare them side by side. At any time, they can delete properties that are no longer
of interest, or add other properties they have found
- They can select properties as favorites.
- Next time they visit your site, they can click on the Favorites link and review
them
- Email selected property photos and details to their friends and family for review
- View details of all selected properties simultaneously
- Remove properties from their selection
View Multiple Selections Simultaneously
Your users can select an unlimited number of properties simultaneously for later
individual review. This means they don’t need to keep scrolling back and forth through
the properties in order to see photos and check details of properties of interest.
They can delete properties that are no longer of interest and just concentrate on
properties they like
- All the selected properties are shown in the left pane
- When the user clicks on any thumbnail on the left, the details of that respective property are seen in the center pane
- If more pictures are available for that property, thumbnails are seen in the right pane
- User can see enlarged thumbnail images by rolling the mouse over the thumbnails
- Your identity is constantly maintained throughout the site
Favorites (for your registered users):
- Your users can save Properties to their Favorites
- If the saved property is withdrawn or sold, it is automatically removed from the
user’s favorites
- If the price of the property that meets the user’s preferences is reduced or increased,
it will jump into the Hot List
and the user will automatically be notified of the
change
- Your users can add or remove as many properties as they desire from their Favorites
- Your users can schedule a visit to one or multiple properties from their Favorites
page
Automatic Notification System (ANS):

Once the account is activated by the user as he/she re-enters your
site using his/her username and password, the Automatic
Notification System (ANS) reviews the user’s buying preferences and automatically kicks in
- Your data is updated daily from the MLS, and as soon as the MLS
database is updated
the ANS religiously sends out emails to your buyers according to their preferences should any new properties arrive that conform to their preferences
- If a property that meets your user’s preferences jumps into Hot List, your buyer is automatically notified
- The user is notified by automatic email of any newly-found properties
meeting his preferences,
and a link is provided to him in that email. The user can click on the link and
is brought to your site, thereby ensuring that the visitor constantly visits your website -- and it gives you another opportunity to visit his/her mailbox. This further strengthens your position
with the Internet Search Engines as they start noticing the traffic to your website. This will start to
raise you up in Internet search engine ranking. Just one more way the Supra Suite Solution

User Buying Timeframe & Preferences:
- During registration your user is asked to select the property he
desires to buy, for example, Residential, Multi-Family, Commercial/Industrial and Land/Lots
- He/she is also asked for his/her buying Timeframe, for example, Immediately, 30
days, 60 days, 90 days or Undecided
- The buyer is prompted to set up his/her preferences for the
property of interest
As soon as he/she sets up his/her preferences, your Supra Suite Solution
instantly searches for all the properties that match his/her preferences and
displays them to him/her, thus saving your customers/clients from re-entering their search information
repeatedly
- Users can change their preferences at will and your Campaign
Manager will automatically adjust or readjust itself to match their
preferences (see Campaign Manager for more details).
- Your Supra Suite
